Insurance
I do not take insurance but can provide a superbill for you upon request. Insurance may cover part of the services. Please be sure to check with your insurance company for answers to the following questions:
Does my plan include benefits for any mental health services?
If I do have a plan, how many sessions does it cover?
What is the portion of the session that will be covered?
What is my deductible and has it been met this year?
Does my plan cover services from an out of network provider?
Do I need approval from my general practitioner for the services to be covered?
Cancellation policy
If you can not make it to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours before. If it is a late cancellation or becomes a no call/no show, you may be responsible for the full amount of that session.
